ជំនួយពីគណៈកម្មាធិការអូឡាំពិកអន្តរជាតិ និងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអូឡាំពិកអាស៊ីដែលភាគច្រើនជាសម្ភារៈកីឡា និងសម្ភារៈសិក្សាត្រូវបានបរិច្ចាគជួយជនភៀសសឹក ពិសេសគ្រូបង្រៀន និងសិស្សានុសិស្ស តាមរយៈក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា។ ពិធីប្រគល់ និងទទួលត្រូវបានស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្ដៅដោយឯកឧត្ដមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ហង់ជួន ណារ៉ុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និង កីឡា។ (English Below ) Aid from the International Olympic Committee and the Olympic Council of Asia, mostly in the form of sports and educational materials, was donated to help refugees, especially teachers and students, through the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The handover and reception ceremony was warmly welcomed by His Excellency Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sports.
