Mr. San Angkor Reachvoan Is Proud to be a Pencaksilat Referee at AYG

Mr. San Angkor Reachvoan, a Cambodian Pencaksilat coach, expressed his pride in being selected as a Pencaksilat referee at the 2025 Asian Youth Games in Manama, Bahrain.

The coach, who is also a skilled in Lbokator, considers this an important experience for him and hopes to share what he has learned with Pencaksilat experts in Cambodia.

Mr. San Angkor Reachvoan said that: “I am very proud to participate as a referee in addition to the opportunity to lead our athletes to compete in the Asian Youth Games. I have gained a lot of new experiences, so when I return to my homeland, I will share this knowledge with our athletes and coaches who are preparing to become referees. I will also try to learn more about this work to keep up with the development of this sport of Pencaksilat.”

Mr. San Angkor Reachvoan recalled that, he also served as an international pencaksilat referee when Cambodia hosted the 2023 SEA Games.

Relating to the results that Cambodia national team received a bronze medal in pencaksilat category at the Asian Youth Games in Bahrain, the same expert said that it was a special achievement because it was the first time which his team has participated in such a high-level competition.
